33rd Annual Valentine’s
2 Mile Labor of Love Run

Race Description

Join the Runners' Club of Greater Cincinnati this winter in one of the most fun and unusual races you'll find in Cincinnati. We made it more unusual by adding a couple of specialty categories like Ball & Chain(a male and female runner are tethered together so they run together) and Blind Date(you randomly get a partner) plus much more.

Race Distances and Course

2 mile course starts by Albright Health Center. Course goes around the campus of Northern Kentucky University.

Directions

 471 ends at 27, turn right at 2nd light (NKU). Take first right, then first left; parking available in lot “S”.

Awards

Individual Awards: Top 5 Men, Top 5 Women

Couples Awards: Top 3 Couples Overall. Top Couples on each of the combined age groups: 35 or less, 36-45, 46-59, 60-79, 80-99, 100+ based on number of preregistrants.

Specialty Divisions: Top Married Couple, Top Father- Daughter, Top Mother-Son, Top Father- Son, Top Mother-Daughter, Top “Blind Date” (Don’t have a partner, let cupid find you one), Plus the popular “tethered divisions” (must run race attached to each other, caution tape provided): Top “Ball & Chain”, Top Odd Couples (male/male-Felix & Oscar), (Female/female-Thelma & Louise) and others.

Entry Fees

$18 - Pre-Registration – includes Long Sleeve T-shirt

$15 - RCGC Members/ Age 21 & Under – includes long sleeve t-shirt

$25 - Race Day includes long sleeve Tshirt while race supplies last

Registration

Download and print a registration form, fill it in and mail it with payment. Registration by mail must be postmarked by February 4, 2013 and received by February 5, 2013.

Online registration is available at www.runsignup.com through Tuesday February 5, 2013.

Race Day Registration opens at 10:30 AM at Regents Hall Northern Kentucky University.

Other

Packet Pickup Available at The Running Spot, Newport, KY, Saturday, February 9th, 1 – 3 PM or at NKU day of race.
